Rapid Prototyping

We design and manufacture test models entirely in-house, enabling fast turnaround and full quality control. Using advanced 3D printing technologies including liquid resin (SLA) and Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), we produce highly accurate models within short lead times. Our in-house capabilities allow us to seamlessly integrate pressure taps, probes, and measurement instrumentation directly into the models. This ensures precision, flexibility, and rapid design iterations throughout the development process.

About Us

With decades of experience in fluid dynamics, we have built a strong foundation in understanding complex flows and aerodynamics. Over the past decades, we have witnessed remarkable progress in CFD capabilities, yet we realized that physical testing still plays an indispensable role. From validating models to assessing conditions where simulations alone may fall short, such as peak loads under gusty conditions or highly unsteady flows in wakes or separation zones.

 

To provide our clients with the most reliable and efficient solutions, we want to combine the strengths of both numerical and practical testing under one roof. This led to the creation of a state-of-the-art wind tunnel and rapid prototyping facility alongside our CFD services. By integrating simulation, prototyping, and experimental testing in a single workflow, we are able to accelerate development, reduce lead times, and deliver high-confidence results, giving our clients the best of both worlds.
